Mar. 16, 2020
During these uncertain and unprecedented times, we wanted to reach out to you to keep you informed about what our office is doing to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.  Since the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak, we have been closely monitoring the progression of the virus, and following the recommendations of the Ontario Dental Association and Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.

Our office has always prioritized the safety of our patients via diligent infection control practices and up-to-date sterilization equipment. The consistent use of personal protective equipment (including masks, gloves and protective eyewear) as well as constant hand washing and use of disposable materials where necessary, is very effective in protecting our patients and staff.  In spite of all of these daily measures that we take, the RCDSO has recently recommended that all non-essential and elective dental services be suspended immediately but emergency treatment should continue.

In the coming days we will be contacting our patients to reschedule appointments booked for the next two weeks. We will try our best to get all affected patients back in, in a timely manner. Please be aware that our office and dentists will still be available to treat any dental emergencies.  We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience. At this point in time we will resume full daily activities on Monday, April 6, 2020, unless otherwise notified. We will continue to closely monitor this ever-changing situation, and will re-open as soon as we can.
